We look for more than just novel ideas. A business that can attract venture capital needs to have a strategic competitive advantage and be led by persons passionate about and committed to its success. We aim to qualify a technology or project quickly so as to make good use of everyone's time. We are flexible and creative in deal structuring and tireless in marketing for our chosen clients.
With a background in investment banking, energy trading and industrial development we started raising capital for emerging market companies in 2001, principally in energy. Since then we have advised, marketed and closed on over $400m in equity, mergers & acquisitions and trade sales for almost two dozen clients, at times helping to manage project companies or taking principal positions in special situations.
